What you get in get in Each Quarter
On average, a quarter of an animal will be about 80 lbs. of processed beef, including the bones.
This fits into 4 standard size paper grocery bags
This is based on about 140 lbs of ' Hanging Weight'.
On Average in each Quarter you will get
35 lbs of ground beef
16 lbs of steaks
24 lbs of roasts and stew meat
10 lbs of short ribs and beef shanks
6 lbs of soup bones
3 lbs of liver

We will start processing animals at the end of July
You pick up from our processor Gerhings Meat Market in Hartford, WI
Make a refundable deposit of $200 to reserve your order!
Delivery available as well for a small fee depending on your location.
